1. Data Collection & Purpose

We believe in absolute data minimization. To provide you with your focus analytics and reaction game feedback, we collect the following types of data, all of which are kept strictly separate from your real-world identity (Data Not Linked to You):

• Performance Data & Product Interaction: We measure millisecond-level reaction times and touch inputs generated during your focus training games and daily activity records.
• Identifiers (User ID): Our app does not require account registration. We generate a completely random, non-identifiable string (UUID / Token) locally on your device to align your historical performance trends.
• Diagnostics: We collect technical diagnostics (such as crash logs and performance metrics) to minimize app issues and optimize performance.

2. Data Usage & In-App Purchases

Your data is utilized solely to calculate your performance metrics, establish your personal focus baseline, and evaluate product functionality. When you subscribe to our Premium features, all payment processing is securely managed by the Apple App Store via StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card, billing names, or payment credentials. Your subscription entitlement is validated via encrypted Apple receipt identifiers.

3. Data Storage & Tracking Warranty

All core data remains securely encrypted within your local device sandbox. Tracking Warranty: We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, nor do we use or sell your User ID, purchase history, or performance data for targeted marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

4. Your Rights & Subscription Management

You retain full sovereignty over your data. You can wipe all local logs and regenerate your anonymous Token instantly via App Settings.

For subscription renewals, you can manage or cancel your service at any time via iOS Settings -> [Your Apple ID] -> Subscriptions.

NeuroMetric is a focus training and entertainment tool. It is not a medical device and is for entertainment purposes only. It must not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for clinical concerns.
